Lake Huron is beautiful and inviting, regardless of the season.
The narrative map series they are running is an awesome project, and I wanted to share. They're looking for more literary sketches to fill in their map.
Good luck with what you're writing and painting and doing this week!

Enjoyed “Ice Fishing with Bear …” very much.. Looks like near Lexington. Love lake Huron in winter… I’ve walked it often, though on the Canadian side, (shores of the Bruce Peninsula).
Also, I didn’t know about the Great lakes Review site… Thank you. I’ve been there most of the morning..
Hi Tony!
Thanks! You have it exactly right...the breakwater in Lexington. I'm so glad you like it and I'm happy and proud to be part of the Great Lakes Review
Love the article! There is something so beautiful and powerful and raw about the lakes in winter.
Jemi,
Thank you so much. That's the word..."raw". It's like a thunderstorm, nature putting us in our place. And thanks so much for the tweet! You are so nice. I'm glad I'll be able to say "I knew her when"!
cool. Congrats.
Mac,
Thank you so much!
Congratulations! That was a wonderful piece.
Oh, Yvonne,
I was there with you. I walked beside you, felt the cold, saw the ventilator breaths, understood your fear. Stunning! So glad you shared this.
Nessa,
Thanks!!!
Liza,

Congratulations!
MamaZen,
